How does Hypnosis work?

Through hypnosis, one bypasses the predictable and controlling conscious mind that is only interested in keeping things the same in order to stay safe. Once this critical factor is bypassed via a deeply relaxed state or trance, suggestions given to the unconscious mind have a maximum impact whether you are interested in losing weight, quitting smoking, dealing with panic and anxiety, reducing social anxiety or wanting to feel more comfortable flying or while speaking in public. Once your unconscious mind has accepted a suggestion, it quickly works to make things happen for you, turbocharging your motivation and determination. During a hypnotic state, you will not be asleep, just deeply relaxed. Most people enjoy this deep state of relaxation. You will be fully able to bring yourself out of a trance state at any time if for some reason you wish to. You will remember what was said and done and you are always in full control of your body and mind.
How many times does one need to be hypnotized in order to get the benefits of it?
Good question. For most people, it takes about 4 sessions scheduled one week apart. More may be required if there is a significant need for weight loss. Each time that one is induced into trance, the trance state gets noticeably deeper which is when the suggestions become much more powerful.
How much does it cost?
The first session is $90. Follow up sessions will be lower. In some cases, your insurance company may cover the cost for you if you have a co-existing issue with depression or anxiety. Check, cash or credit card is accepted for payment.
